Dear Parents,

If you would like to have your child participate in our Sunday School program, please print out and complete the registration form. (1 form per child). You can either bring the completed form with you to Sunday school class or mail it to the church the week before your child will be attending.

 Register your kids before & after Worship service

9:30 am – 10 am

11 am – 11:30 am
